Baby Hudson London Anstead is officially one month old, and he’s just getting cuter by the day. Ahead of his new show, Master Mechanic, Ant Anstead shared the backstory of how he and HGTV star Christina Anstead landed on their son’s name. The English motor specialist was honest when he told Entertainment Tonight that they "actually didn't have that many talks about it."

"I know that parents expecting can obsess over it, but we never really sat down that often," Ant said to ET, a father of two children from a previous marriage. "We kind of arrived at Hudson together, because it's a name that we both love. It's also the name of a car, which is quite funny."

So, it sounds like the newlyweds just happened to pick a name related to cars, more so than consciously sharing Ant’s love of cars with the newest member of their blended family. And when it came to choosing a middle name, the 40-year-old did think a bit more about it, ultimately paying homage to his British roots.

"I think a lot of burden is put on someone's middle name, but the reality is that you never use it," he added. "So the middle name, for me, represents something memorable. A middle name is an opportunity to represent you, and what better name for an Anglo-American child than London?"

Now, with the exact meaning behind Hudson London’s name revealed, Flip or Flop fans have nothing else left to do but stare at his baby pictures and hope that he’ll make a cameo in the second season of Christina on the Coast.
